Dear Southeast Families,

Thank you, as always, for your ongoing support of our school and for everything you do to partner with us in the success of our SPARKS. We deeply value the trust you place in us each day, and it is through this partnership that we are able to continue improving the experience for both students and families.

As part of our ongoing commitment to safety and efficiency, we will be making a few small adjustments to our dismissal process. Please review the changes in the image below (click on it to view in Spanish). This information will also be shared through ParentSquare, where we’ll continue to provide reminders and clarifications as needed. Our goal with these changes is simple but important: to ensure dismissal runs as smoothly, safely, and quickly as possible for every student and every family.

We also recognize that with any change, there is always a period of adjustment. It may take a little extra time at first for everyone—students, staff, and families—to get used to the new procedures. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time. Please know that every adjustment is made with the best interest of our students in mind, and we will be monitoring closely to make improvements as needed.

Thank you for continuing to work alongside us. Your support and cooperation are essential in helping us make dismissal a safe and positive experience for everyone at Southeast. Together, we can make this process stronger and smoother each day.

With gratitude,
 Jorge Rodriguez
 Principal, Southeast Elementary
